I am so honored and thrilled to have my podcast on Exercise Resistance Syndrome chosen for the Self Care/Inspiration Department! I am just getting a book proposal together for publication and this is a lovely boost and inspiration in and of itself.
I don’t believe there is anything like it being written about, so I hope to help the thousands of women that mistakenly think they are lazy or just not ‘athletic’. Its such a positive message so thank you!! PS My new website won’t be up for a week, but its full of information on this and overeating and other topics. I will list it anyway!
